Lets talk favorites, a classic pinoy favorite style of cooking is ihaw-ihaw, or the inihaw.
Inihaw is basically grilled food, and us Filipino’s we grill on top of our uling (charcoal) to get that distinct smokey flavor that us pinoy’s L-O-V-E!
We have ihaw-ihaw everywhere, from restaurant…
